Returns/ Exchanges
Order Cancellation Policy:
Once an order has been submitted your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. Our ordering process is streamlined so your order will immediately be sent to processing, and then shipping.
Due to high volumes of orders we receive, we will be unable to cancel an order after submitted. Please order carefully.
Return Policy:
All sales are final on items that are marked down from their original price. They may not be returned or exchanged.
We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it's lost or damaged.
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept satisfaction returns or refunds.
To ensure the safety and health of our customers, we do not accept return on items that may constitute a health risk or any item that may have come into contact with ANY skin or bodily fluid (saliva, semen, blood, urine, etc.) Once these items leave our warehouse, we consider them to be used and non-resellable.
These items include, but not limited to:
- ANY Dildo or Vibrator
- ANY Lingerie
- ANY Enema Kits
- ANY item that breaks the surface of the skin
- ANY item that is inserted into the mouth, penis, vagina or anus
- ANY harness/dildo combination
If your item is eligible for return, it must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do offer exchanges on defective items within 7 days of your order delivery date.
Most items are covered under a warranty, so if it is past 7 days you may contact the product manufacturer regarding a replacement.
