Can I make changes to my order?
We move fast! Once an order is placed, it’s quickly sent to our warehouse to get packed and shipped—which means we’re not able to make edits. This includes:

  • Adding or removing items
  • Changing item, size, or color
  • Updating the delivery address
  • Modifying the shipping method or courier
  • Applying a discount code or changing product pricing

Can I update my delivery address?
Once your order is submitted, we’re unable to update the shipping address on our end. However, you might be able to request a change directly through the courier.

Here’s how:

  • Wait for your shipping confirmation email—it’ll include your tracking number.
  • Contact the courier directly with that number to see if they can help you update the address.
  • Please note: this isn’t guaranteed and depends on the courier’s policies.

*If an incorrect address is entered at checkout and the order is lost, we can’t be held responsible and won't be able to issue a refund or replacement.*

 

Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options for all orders. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive, while expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days.


Shipping Rates: Shipping rates vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight and size of the order.


Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. To qualify for free shipping, the order total must be $100 or more after any discounts or promotions have been applied. Free shipping is only available for orders shipped within the United States.


Packaging: We understand the importance of discretion when it comes to shipping dildos. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. The return address on the package will be from our company name and not mention anything related to dildos or adult products.


Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Once the order is processed, a tracking number will be provided via email so that you can track the progress of your shipment.
