Bodywand Squeeze Single Silicone Ball Kegel Toner 37g

A single silicone kegel ball at thirty seven grams, described by Bodywand as discreet and completely silent. One ball rather than two is the starting point of the category, and thirty seven grams is a genuinely gentle weight.

A single lighter ball is the right place to begin, and there is no reason to skip it. Use water based lubricant to insert, keep the first sessions short, and stop if anything aches rather than pushing through. The work happens while you get on with something else, which is the point. Silicone lubricant degrades silicone, so avoid it. Wash it with warm water and mild soap before and after every session.

Most kegel sets arrive as a graduated box of six and put the decision on you. A single ball at a stated weight tells you exactly what you are getting, which is far more useful when you are working out where to start.

Ships from The Adult Shoppe in plain packaging with nothing on the outside that names what is inside.
