For shaving: wet skin, apply a thin, even layer, shave as usual, then rinse.

For conditioning hair: after shampooing, rinse well, massage a generous amount into hair, leave it on for 1 to 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Good to know: for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, do not use on broken, irritated or inflamed skin, and stop if irritation occurs.
