Works as expected. I use the smaller bulb to get my nipples erect and then use the larger bulb to get the areola puffy. My nipples are too small to hold the rubber rings in place. So, I just jump to nipple play time and caress my nipples and finger twist / pull them and then add the magnetic nipple clamps (ouch).

Good buy. I bought it because my nipples are inverted and it's going great. With different rubber rings to hold the erect nipple. Very good purchase.

Love them! For some reason my nipples have become different in size, but I just use a different size ring in each one. These feel heavenly.

The pumps are two different sizes, but that's a good thing. I wish there were extra rings, but my wife likes them.
