Pump the foam directly onto the toy, work it over the whole surface including any texture, then rinse thoroughly with warm water and let it dry fully before storing. Use it after every session rather than only occasionally. No added fragrance matters here, since anything perfumed ends up on skin at the next use. Keep the bottle capped and at room temperature. Four ounces is many months of use at a pump or two per toy, so it works out cheaper than it looks. It is also fine on hands, which is the other half of cleaning up properly after a session.
