Leg Avenue Sheer Back Seam Garter Belt Stocking

Back seam and garter belt, built as a single piece. The seam runs the length of each leg from heel to thigh, the belt is already attached at the top, and the whole thing goes on without a clip in sight. It is the vintage look with the vintage inconvenience removed.

The seam is the detail people notice, so check both run straight down the back of the leg before you walk off. Wear it with a short hem, a slit, or a slip dress where the line can be seen. It is a reliable base for pin-up and film noir costume builds as well as an ordinary evening. Roll the stockings up the leg from the toe, settle the belt at the waist last, then hand wash in cool water and lay flat to dry.

Separate belts and stockings never quite match, because the black of an elastic belt and the black of sheer nylon come out differently. Building them as one garment solves that and removes the clips that are the usual failure point.
