Mack Tuff Deep Pleasure Penis Extender

A super stretchy TPR sleeve at six and a half inches that stretches to fit. Mack Tuff make it in one size on the basis that the material does the sizing, which is a sensible approach to a product where fit is the whole question.

Use plenty of water based lubricant inside as well as outside, because TPR grips and a dry sleeve is uncomfortable for everyone involved. Roll it on rather than pulling it, which is easier and kinder to the material. Check with your partner that the extra length is welcome before the moment arrives. Rinse it through with warm water and mild soap afterwards, dry it fully, and store it flat so it keeps its shape.

Rigid sleeves come in sizes and most of them are the wrong one. A genuinely super stretchy TPR sleeve avoids the sizing problem entirely, which is why this style outsells the moulded ones.

Ships from The Adult Shoppe in plain packaging with nothing on the outside that names what is inside.
