Two super stretchy silicone extensions in one pack. Two rather than one is the useful part: they can be worn singly or stacked, and having a spare means one can be in the wash while the other is in use.
Roll them on rather than pulling, and use water based lubricant inside as well as outside. Silicone lubricant degrades silicone, so avoid it entirely. Super stretchy means it accommodates a range rather than one size. Check with your partner before a sleeve appears unannounced. Wash both with warm water and mild soap, dry them fully, and store them flat rather than folded so neither takes a permanent crease. Silicone also lasts far longer than TPE or latex, which is what justifies the price of a two pack.
Buying one sleeve means it is either in use or being cleaned. A two pack removes that problem and lets you stack them for more girth, which is a second option from the same purchase.
Ships from The Adult Shoppe in plain packaging with nothing on the outside that names what is inside.
