Warm it in your hands before starting, and be generous with water based lubricant since ribbing wants more than a smooth canal. The mouth shaped entry is part of the sculpt rather than a separate feature. Pocket sized means it travels well. Rinse the canal through with warm water and mild soap, press the water out, and let it dry fully before storing it out of direct sunlight. Renewing powder once dry keeps the surface right, which is worth doing with any soft sleeve.
